The service at the store was terrible. The staff were clueless and slow to assist. I will not be returning to this store.
When I went to the MTN Store in South Gate Mall, I was disappointed to find that they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. The staff were not helpful in finding an alternative and I had to leave empty-handed.
I had to wait for over 2 hours at the MTN Store in South Gate Mall before I was able to speak to a staff member. The wait time was unacceptable and the staff were not apologetic for the delay.
