Worst Mugg&Bean. Have visited a few times hoping the experience would be different but it seems to be getting worse. Coffee tastes like old reheated water had been used, cakes are old, dry and cold on the inside! Food is tasteless. Not worth your visit.

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely not going back.
