The customer service at Muller Terblanche & Beyers Inc was very poor. I had to wait a long time to be attended to and when I called, I was put on hold for a long time as well. Not a pleasant experience.
I received multiple threatening sms' from MTB Attorneys demanding payment for my father's Pathcare account, even though I had no knowledge of this account or signed any surety for it. I contacted them twice to rectify the issue but I am still being harassed.
Do not trust this firm. They are scammers and will rob you. I had a bad experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
