No atmosphere at all. The lady at the counter only half listens to your order. I think it's the only place around where the quarter chicken serving is smaller than other Nando’s branches. The food is still good. The wait time can sometimes be a bit long but overall it's a decent experience.

Yesterday we did our drive through with my husband, the usual & unfortunately my order was for the 1st time not good enough. I sent a complaint via the app & today received a call from them, the manager apologizing & immediately offering me a voucher to make up for the order of the day before. This is how you do business in my book.
