Extremely unhelpful, didn’t try to help at all. I sent all possible documents and they still didn’t attempt to help me. I do not recommend. Had to delay my trip by 2 days waiting to hire it, only to find out they cancelled my trailer at 12pm on the day.
I went there because of reviews, unfortunately I got rude Stuff, they wouldn't assist me, I provided all types of proof of residence, Bank statement, Tenant statement, invoices, but no they only assist if you have Municipality statement, for us without Municipality statement it's a big problem.
Good service and very cheap and friendly people here
