What an unexpected experience! We had to go renew our Driver's Licenses. Who greets us with a very cheery Good Morning, how is everyone? Mr Tony Pietersen! He had the whole place smiling and then laughing! We need more Tony's in this beautiful Country of ours!! Thank you very much Tony!! You made our day!!!
Unsure queing for something one does only every 5 years. Could use some signage and staff who does not mutter under their breath, swearing terribly every other word. If you hate it so much to help someone, fake it or get out.
I was expecting to be there the whole morning. BUT I was pleasantly surprised. They were super friendly and efficient. Thank you Paarl Testing!
