Initially good service after booking and collecting trailer. An arrangement was made to return trailer before 13:00 on the Sunday since I had to travel back from far and the sales assistant confirmed this was no problem. Returned the trailer on Sunday at 11:30 and the sales assistant said I needed to pay for that day as well since I was suppose to return it before 10:00 on the Sunday according to them. Absolutely ridiculous as this was not agreed upon from the beginning and feels like the sales assistant I arranged this with is playing dumb. They lost a customer and I will never use this type of service ever again. Will make sure no friends use them either.
