WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE dealing with Sharon & Abbey, applied for renewal of British passport, it was EFFORTLESS and ALOT cheaper than previously quoted. Did not have a good experience at this place whilst preparing for our cruise. Weren't able or willing to help us at all with our passports. Especially once they discovered we are south africans. They wouldn't even help with visas. We basically had to make way for the dollars and pounds who were behind us in the queue.
