Terrible service. They committed to 11h30, then moved it to 14h30 and eventually arrived at 16h00. The shaved the dogs badly leaving tufts of hair. To make it worse, they drove into my gate and broke it. They promised to return with someone to fix it and disappeared. I ended up paying someone else to fix my gate.

I had a really bad experience with Pet Brothers. The groomer was rude and did not handle my dog properly. I had to ask them to stop and I took my dog somewhere else. The grooming job was sloppy and my dog was not happy. I would not recommend them to anyone.
