Was there last weekend, looking for Angel Fish for my tank. We had to struggle to find staff to assist and found at least 1 dead fish in almost every tank. Some had up to 3 dead fish in it. Really not a great way to encourage people to buy fish. Ended up going elsewhere and purchasing the fish I wanted
Massive shop!! Comprehensive selection if stock. The staff are generally friendly and very knowledgeable. Their willingness to assist doesn't feel like they want to make a sale but rather that they just want to help. A lovely, refreshing approach.
I ordered medicine for my fish online. Delivery was fast and items were securely packaged. Thank you for the sweet thank you note inside the box. Will definitely order from petworld again.
