Bad customer service. Wait 6 weeks for a part to be fitted...only to be told the part was unsourcable. Then finding the part myself at a shop 800m away and having to inform pitstop of it.
Friendly staff always willing to help. Decent prices on labor and parts not at a cost of an arm or a leg either.
