This place is not inclusive. Telling someone to go wait in the park till it's after hours and someone would help them is not a solution. It's dangerous and unfair.
I have been living in my car right outside after being shortlisted, but I did not receive a warm welcome. Not even a smile! I am a skinny white guy with tattoos and I was asked by people inside what I was doing sleeping in my car outside. Not a friendly environment at all.
This place is dishonest and not gay friendly. They throw desperate gay men and women in need of support into the park, endangering their lives. Violence on the premises is allowed against straight people. There have been incidents of stealing of donations and personal belongings as well.
I had a terrible experience at this shelter. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I was not impressed with this shelter. The wait time was excessive and there were no reservations available. The facilities were basic and the amenities were lacking. Not a good experience.
The quality of services provided by this shelter was poor. The staff seemed inexperienced and untrained. I did not feel valued as a customer. Not worth the money.
I had a negative initial impression of this shelter. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and tense. The decor was dated and unappealing. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
This shelter lacks inclusivity and diversity. The staff and volunteers should be trained to provide support and assistance to all individuals, regardless of their background. There is room for improvement in creating a welcoming and safe environment.
I had a positive experience at this shelter. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. They provided a safe space for everyone.
I appreciate the work that this shelter does in providing assistance to those in need. The staff were compassionate and understanding. The facilities were basic but adequate. Overall, a good experience.
I had a great experience at this shelter. The staff were kind and welcoming. The facilities were comfortable and well-equipped. They provided essential support to the LGBTQ+ community.
I highly recommend this shelter. They prioritize inclusivity and provide a safe space for all individuals. The staff go above and beyond to support and assist those in need. The facilities are well-maintained and the atmosphere is welcoming.
