Such a bad experience at PUMA Ballito junction today. The sales lady clearly did not want to be there. I asked to see a bag on the shelf, and she asked me to get it myself, then walked away before I could ask about different colours. Quite rude I felt of her, but guess I can always do online shopping rather.
Staff was helpful.
