Q-Tax use to deliver great service until they where paid. Now I hear nothing on my outstanding case with SARS. It is more than a year outstanding. They never come back to you, there is always someone new working on your case and new excuses. Sadly don't recommend them.
I have only received excellent service from qtax. I highly recommend their services.
I spoke to the receptionist, didnt get much help. Was told that I was going to be called back as she couldnt hear me clearly, and that was over a week ago and still waiting for the call.
