After dealing with Remtec previously I recommended them to my son in PE. He has had to contend with a lot of very bad workmanship and very bad service. Remtec do not honour word never mind their warranty. I will never recomend them ever to any of my customers.
excellent facility with various options to select from for what you want. Decent pricing and excellent warranties. Good service in terms of engine rebuilding as well as Diesel services by seperate department.
Worse customer service ever experienced from a guy named Koos. he is rude and swears at customers. Our 2.5 D5d Toyota Engine started using oil after just 1550km. They are full of excuses as to why the problem is not covered by the warranty. …
