This morning I took my car for a service and I was greeted with such warmth and respect, which has become quite rare in this country.
This dealership does a serious disservice to the Toyota brand. I serviced my car there and when I came to collect I had to figure out where to go to get help and even then, I literally had to disturb the person typing behind a desk not offering any assistance.
I took my wife's car in for service at this center. Service consultant was a lady named Carmen, she was punctual, communicated well and was very accommodating, really great service from Carmen thank you. There was a little issue when my wife picked up her car, the cashier was very uncomfortable with the change of the big note that was used for payment, which causes a hold up on my wife for long time, otherwise my wife really appreciate the service.
I've been trying for weeks to book my car in for a service. The system does not allow you to see available times or make a booking. I've called and sent emails for over a month and have had zero help, only getting told that someone will get back to me. I'm still waiting. Truly terrible customer service.
Overall service was pathetic from the beginning. Brought my vehicle in on Monday for a warranty claim. I was told it would be assessed by Tuesday. No feedback until I called them Wednesday. I then picked up my vehicle with them saying that they will call me for the part. A month later and STILL NO call. Very disappointed in their service. All in all the service department are very unhappy looking people. They clearly enjoy their jobs.
