Would not recommend Ruby, the experience working with them has been terrible to say the least. Their team was unresponsive and did not deliver on their promises. We paid a significant amount of money for their services, but saw no improvement in our website's rankings or traffic. Additionally, their customer service was poor - it was difficult to get in touch with someone from their team and they did not address our concerns adequately. Overall, we had a negative experience with Ruby Digital and would not recommend them.
Disappointing and expensive. Online research for the top South African SEO company pointed to Ruby Digital. On the back of those results, I appointed them to manage my SEO and agreed once-off payment for SEO. This included a 'grammatical' warranty. After a year, I saw no results. I advised them of this and requested my money back in accordance with our warranty. They refused claiming that it's my problem. I discovered that they are in the habit of doing this. I then discovered that they have a number of negative reviews on User Experience now In contrast, my SEO has improved with another company at a third of the price . I consequently reported this company to the Ombudsman. They investigated the matter and agreed that they will also conduct a formal audit of their business. I personally feel that they are both dishonest and lack the skill.
