Very disappointing. Sage Accounting does not calculate COS correctly and after 8 weeks of escalating the issue we have no proper response or solution. The basic function of their ERP system does not work and they do not respond or correct the issue.
I have emailed twice, once from the website for sales/upgrade assistance but no-one has bothered coming back to me. Go Digital, they say, but then they can't even answer emails.
