40 is not the age youd expect to start with a martial art. Been with sifu John for over a year now. Awesome is all i can say. Classes are presented in a relaxed environment with experienced teaching. If you are considering starting but are afraid of not being fast/flexible / strong enough... Dont worry i can't even touch my toes!

The classes are presented in a relaxed environment with experienced teaching. I highly recommend this school for anyone interested in learning Wing Chun.
