My recent visit to Sasolburg clinic was terrible. This clinic has to be the most unorganised and unhelpful clinic I have ever been to. I had to assist my mother with a visit to this clinic, she is a 61yr old pensioner who suffers with various health conditions. We arrived at the clinic at 7am and it took them 3 hours to help 4 people to open a file. The lady at the reception was at least friendly. But then we had to wait another 3 hours to see a doctor. This is completely unacceptable.
