Absolute terrible service. They were suppose to fulfil an order within 2-5 working days, and nothing. Rather use the more reputable photographic companies for your orders.
Took a tripod to be repaired. The gent on duty happily took it and fiddled with it at his desk till it worked. Didn’t check it in or write a job card, just fixed it and sent me on my way. No charge. Could easily have charged me and checked …
I think more than 60 years ago I first met Mike Singer as a Photography representative that I dealt with Always honest, hardworking and very helpfull …
