It was great service from their team. Need to knock a cricket bat in, and that was done within 24 hours. I also installed a new grip, which they happily assisted with.
Staff don't care about customers at all, unhelpful, feels like I'm doing them a favour by shopping there.
Do not think of calling them, no one answers and when they eventually do, they put you on hold and forget about you. Very BAD service!!! Very disappointed
