Please add more deposit atm’s at your branch. It is ridiculous to expect the amount of your clients in this area to stand in such long lines to make a deposit in the only 2 x installed deposit SB atm machines made available. Take a leaf out of FNB’s book before it is too late.
I visited the Std Bank branch in Fourways yesterday. The two ladies at the front desk were awesome. Very friendly and very helpful. Don't find service like that anymore. Thanks.
