They have a strange way of doing business. Just don't refund the deposit. Ignoring emails and whatsapp. I gave a month notice, vacated the store, and handed in the keys. I've been contacting Jan Lock directly for more than a month now, but still no refund. Unacceptable, to say the least.
Relatively cheap and big units as far as my experience with storage companies go. Low fuss admin and service staff make it the right choice for me.
