Since 2015 I have tried to stop my cellphone contract, 4 times now, guess what, it's still going. It has proven impossible. What they do on the computer when they "cancel" my contract I do not know but they obviously aren't stopping it....
Quick and easy to do contract renewal. Consultant was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that I could not add a smart watch to my contract due to no stock.
