Absolutely pathetic! The biometric system is permanently offline, so they can’t do sim swaps, why even open a branch when your facilities are not operational? Worst network provider!
Pathetic. Only one biometric finger thingy as the lady said, they don't even know what a finger biometric reader is. Why be there if you of no service. Gosch telkom is useless on all levels.

The service is terrible. I had to wait for more than an hour just to talk to someone and when they finally got to me, they were rude and unhelpful.
