Timmy has been going there for awhile now but I am not happy with their service anymore. 3 times now that I have not been happy. Firstly when I picked him up he had his lead tied around his neck. Secondly they nipped him in his neck. And 3 this time his cut was awful
Good day, I got my persian cut at a few places before but I have never been so satisfied with a job so well done. Previously he was always traumatised for days afterwards but he was so happy and calm afterwards. I will highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you so, so much. I will take Grumpy to no place other than yours.

I couldn't believe it! When I went to go see the body, the cat was in a terrible condition. It looked like it had been neglected and malnourished. It was a traumatic experience for me and my son. I would not recommend The Groom Room Pet groomer to anyone.
