I sent two emails to the hire shop. One was to hire an engine hoist and another looking for spares. I still have not received a reply, one was a week ago and another a month ago. I only gave one star due to never dealing with them before so will review again after seeing the service if replied to.
Great service, they made sure I knew how to use the machine and were more competitive than the opposition around the area.
The lady over the counter was so rude, negative and sarcastic. Stating to me: “are you sure you can afford the deposit…”
