I would like to take a moment to share my positive experience with Denise, who I have been seeing for an extended period. Throughout our sessions, I have developed a strong sense of comfort and trust when discussing any topic that perturbs me. Denise is an excellent listener and provides valuable insights and guidance. I highly recommend her services.
The booking process was very frustrating, especially regarding intake and confirmation of child assessment dates prior to booking intake. I needed assurance that the appointments would be in place for relevant leave days, etc. I requested this information multiple times but did not receive a satisfying response. It caused a lot of inconvenience and stress.
Our experience of the neurodiversity centre was extremely disappointing. We were referred there for an assessment for my son for a condition on the autism spectrum. However, his condition presents quite differently from autism in many ways. One would expect a specialized clinic to have a better understanding and knowledge of these differences. The assessment was not comprehensive and we left feeling unsatisfied and misunderstood.
