You're promised, and given a signed document by them, that you will be paid within 21 working days. We're past that and still nothing, only excuses. Will not deal with them again in the future, and advise everyone else to stay away too. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
I have been waiting close to a year since making initial contact to receive my gold coins from SafeGold. All of our documents are in order and we have yet to receive any confirmation of expected delivery date etc… I am close to pursuing legal action against Scoin. I would strongly advise against the use of their services.
Do not be fooled by their “collectors sets”. It is a scam. In 2013 I bought a “collectors” 2011 Nelson Mandela SA Rugby Set ½ Oz gold and 1Oz Silver. Scoin is not even assisting with a ball park figure as to the value of this “collectors” …

Their initial impression and atmosphere was good, the staff was friendly and attentive. However, their promises of payment within 21 working days turned out to be false and we still haven't received payment. I would not recommend dealing with them.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order for gold coins and after close to a year, I still haven't received them. Their customer service has been unhelpful and I am considering taking legal action. Stay away from Scoin.
