No happy at all with SAIPA! I have to call 20x to get hold of a person just for a tracking number..... it has taken 7months for SAIPA to sort out a credit note....
Pathetic service from a 'Professional Institution', have been waiting on a simple query for almost three months - if I am not being bounced around from person to person, I am waiting for a dead end response or no response at all. Professional Boards are to have a Professional Manner - something this institute lacks immensely.
