Took my winter coat in for alterations and they completely ruined it. The lining was not attached properly and the stitching was uneven. I had to take it to another tailor to fix everything. Terrible service.
I took my dress to Tidy Tucs to be hemmed and it came out too short. It looked awful and I couldn't wear it. When I complained, they didn't offer to fix it or give me a refund. Very disappointing.
I had to wait for over a month to get a simple alteration done on a pair of pants. When I finally got them back, the stitching was sloppy and one leg was longer than the other. I will not be using Tidy Tucs again.
