It was my first time applying for a VISA, and I can honestly say I am more than happy with the service of this company. I arrived 30 minutes early than my appointment time, and they immediately allowed me in. The process went smoothly and efficiently.

Had I not insisted on going in, I might have been there for 2 hours or more, because there were a few others who also arrived on time for their appointments and were being assisted. The service from the staff also felt very rushed.
