Popped in here after dropping off some laundry next door. The guys that were busy in the front were really friendly and helpful. They told us to check out the drums upstairs and when we got there, there was a guy playing some nice beats! what a lovely surprise on a cold and gloomy Saturday.

An absolute circus, communication is the first rule of a well run business, clearly the clowns working at TOMS, from head office to store staff have no idea about how to communicate with each other or their customers.
