Communication terrible, and full of attitude. Eager to rip customers off in the full replacement of parts that could easily be fixed. Not very customer focused. Since NMI has taken over this dealership has become a pain to deal with. At least the service advisor tried her best to help.

Worst experience ever! Came in asking for help with major mechanical crisis, after a unexpected breakdown. Service manager extremely unhelpful and rude. Will NOT recommend this branch to anyone!!
