I normally get good service from Toyota Tygervalley but this time they were ridiculous. I sent the vehicle for brakes, they only called me after 4pm and had not called for authorization yet. I had to wait another day for my vehicle, and when I got it back I needed to take it again as brakes still made noise. Really poor service.
