Cool store, cool toys, cool staff. Well priced especially if compared to other toy stores in the Fourways area. Variety of brands available. Store is neat and inviting.
Staff are usually friendly but lighting is very gloomy, makes for a depressing place to take my young one. Security is also very overbearing, twice now I've had a security guard literally follow my wife and I around the store, presumably because we made the mistake of browsing too long.
Had such great service from the security lady in the store, I know it was not her job to help me find a specific toy but she walked my son and I all the way to what we were looking for and was so friendly and helpful. How lovely to receive such great service. A great toy store too it had everything we saw online!
