Worst department and is really letting Worcester down. Waited almost 4 hours and 3 people managed to get into the door....seems nobody wants to work and is just waiting on the next loadshedding to go home. People stand outside in the heat of the sun with no idea if they will even be helped that day....
Roadworthy testing is a joke at Worcester traffic department!! How can you fail a truck on a window chip the size of a bug on the left side???? Please send your people for proper training on what is allowed in our traffic laws
minus 100 would not be enough. unfriendly. worst experiences 90% of the staff very very very unhelpful. It is simple paperwork and should be done in 5 minutes. very few staff really interested. I will loose my cool if I go there again. Incredible how they treat people. How is this possible ???
