Shocking service. The salesman at counter two is rude and useless. He gave us a long story about a cyber attack and refused to assist us. We were aware of the cyber attack but he is just lazy. Luckily the salesman at counter one was helpful and we managed to get the part we needed. Can't get hold of them on the phone either.
