I ordered beef spring rolls and chicken chow mein on Friday evening (20 Jan). My spring rolls were just full of cabbage and no beef on site. My chow mein was full of spaghetti and no chicken pieces. I did not order vegetarian meals so I expected some MEAT!!! I’m disgusted.
Ordered sushi and got hard rice. Asked for a replacement, they had no rice available. The staff are completely ignorant and give you a blank stare when you ask questions. No manager around to help. We sat for 20mins with no communication from anyone. Absolutely huge disappointment, pathetic service and the worst food!!!
Absolutely awful. I don't know if it is Uber or the restaurant or both. My handroll didn't arrive but I paid for it. The sushi that did arrive is hot and so is the juice.
