I bought a product online 2 months ago, and after I bought it and paid for shipping they informed me that their website wasn't updated and they actually don't have that product.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I ordered a RTA from their online shop (kelpie RTA) a day later someone called me and told me that they actually don't have the product in stock. They offered a refund, but it was a hassle and wasted my time.
Friendly and helpful. But most of all, those guys know how to make a sale. I walked in with just an inquiry and ended up buying more than I planned. Would definitely recommend.
