I generally love vaperite and the help they provide. However dodge this one, literally go anywhere else. Stood for 10 min waiting for service whilst the guy chats to his mate. Avoid this place like the plague.
Went to the store (MALL OF AFRICA) on Sunday. Store was closed at 2pm? Sign on door said 'be back shortly'. Waited 25 mins for the guy to return. No apology. Got into the store. Price for the item I required was displayed at R220. Chose my item, went to the till, the guy rang it up. Suddenly the price was 'R300 boss'. No sign to indicate additional charge or anything. I immediately cancelled. 100% marked up price without explanation! Shocking.

I visited Vaperite at the Mall of Africa and I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. The guy working there was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping me. I had to wait for about 10 minutes before he finally came to assist me, and even then he seemed annoyed. The store itself was also quite disorganized and messy. The prices were also quite high compared to other vape stores I have been to. Overall, I would not recommend this Vaperite store.
I had a terrible experience at the Vaperite store in the Mall of Africa. The guy who works there was extremely rude and dismissive. He seemed more interested in talking to his friend than helping customers. I waited for about 15 minutes before he finally acknowledged me and when he did, he was very impatient. The store itself was also quite small and cramped, with very limited product selection. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
