I had a terrible experience with Vox Internet. They promised to transfer my account to the next tenant but never followed through. When I tried to cancel my services, they did not adhere to the laws in this country.
Vox Internet is a scam. They provide limited to no support and make it difficult to cancel their services. They do not follow the laws in this country.
We have been having issues with our Fibre from Vox Internet. We complained to their technical department and they blamed it on our extender. We placed an order for installation on 3 August and it hasn't happened yet. The project manager, Gift, has not responded to our emails, phone calls, or messages.
