Bad service, arrogant and incompetent staff members. They treat people as though they are doing them a favour. I pray to God that I don't end up in that clinic. They(staff) know that most people in the township do not complaint or do not know their rights that's why they treat them bad and can get away with it.

I'm so furious by the service they giving the patients and they don't care to even listen to what you have to say..They treat people like nothing and they you that it's up to you that you leave the Clinic because you are the one that needs their help..

I had a terrible experience at Vuyani Clinic. The staff were rude and had an arrogant attitude. They treated me as if I was uneducated and were not willing to listen to my concerns. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
