Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden reviews
I love this gem of serenity in the midst of our urban jungle. The eagles were in full view today. My boys did the hike up the hill to get a closer view of their nests while I relaxed at the waterfall. We hadnt been to the park in a while …
What a hidden gem! Pack comfy shoes and a picnic basket for a great day out. There is a lot of parking, no wait, there is a restaurant om site, great bathroom.facilites and the whole place is well maintained. The walk to the waterfall is about 1.5km and an easy walk. Great nature sites along the way. Highly recommend this!
A wonderful place to find some peace in the city. The garden is pure pleasure for bird lovers and for those interested in our rich heritage of indigenous plants. Remember: Tuesdays are Pensioners Day and entry is free. PS: the restaurant is not bad either.
