Staff are uninterested and take days to get back to customers despite numerous calls. Not a serious music shop, staff are not educated with regards to differences between items and their uses. Do not sell you'r gear to them you will only get a fraction of its actual value.
Love the place. When you walk in and you are surrounded by people who know and love music (obviously). You can have a casual conversation with anyone there, Great vibes. Great experience
