Very bad waiting 4 weaks for my drills to be service and we had to keep on phoning them they got no interest to phone you back and every day a different story and still not having my Bosch drills back
Don't bother phoning this shop. They don't answer. I have tried to phone them multiple times over the course of a week, without ever getting an answer, to make an enquiry as I don't live in the town and driving there would cost too much if they cant help.
