Hello Bradley. Thank you very much for your help, reassurance, and just the wonderful service you provided me with. I had a horrible car service experience at William Simpson Tokai. I do not recommend it. They kept my car for over 2 weeks and only estimated 2 hours of service on it. They were very vague in trying to explain why they took so long.
Thanks to the great job you did and how well you handled all my issue, I will always be your customer regardless of how my first impression. And one thing, thanks to the face of the company, she was very respectful and humble.
