I would like to thank Gilbert for his great service in getting our generator repaired that was under warranty.He went out his way and kept me updated .As for there Springfield branch,I can't say the same.Mail after mail and no reply from them.Then once again Gilbert stepped in and sorted out the matter.Thank you once again
