We offloaded there today. We arrived at 12 we only left there now (16:07) They counted the load wrong and made us wait outside the gate for hours. It is the dirtiest place weever loaded or offloaded. Half of the yard is used for truck repairs. It smell and the flies is everywhere!
The customer service lady is very rude and very unpleasant. I believe she is your salesperson and ambassador. As a potential client , its very annoying when you ask for clarity , she makes sighs . Im not impressed at all
In November 2019 we ordered meat from Pedro. Firstly the meat arrived atleast five days late. We then had to dispose of more than 70kg of meat as it was off. After numerous calls, messages and emails we have received promise after promise …
